SPRING 2024 CLASS INFORMATION

SPRING BREAK: March 25-28, 2024

SSBM Classes follow a Vaganova-Inspired curriculum carefully cultivated for the Adult Ballet Dancer.  From beginner dancer to advanced dancer, the understanding of upper body, proper placement and alignment, and body lines, as well as ballet history, terminology and basic stagework understanding are all stressed. Slow, scaffolded and careful instruction is utilized to carefully build a dancer and prevent serious injury.
